Metal Monday: A Throwback to Sace IRAK

By - Monday, December 7th, 2015

Today’s Metal Monday is a throwback to a time when the IRAK crew dominated the streets of New York City. Here is a wonderful flick of the work of the late Dashiell “Dash” Snow aka SACE. His work as a writer can still be seen on his old stomping grounds in the L.E.S and Chinatown. Sace was 15-years-old when he founded IRAK with fellow writer Earsnot. He grew up to become a prolific New Yorker in the city’s gallery scene. He unfortunately passed away in 2009 at the age of 27. To read an more in depth article about his life please look at this New York Times piece or this New York Magazine profile.
