Microsoft reverses on their Xbox One

By - Wednesday, June 26th, 2013

With people wanting the most freedom possible, it is no wonder that Microsoft is changing their requirements for the Xbox One. Microsoft has just recently announced that they will no longer have a daily online requirement when playing alone. Along with this, players will be able to trade, rent, or purchase used games freely and not have to pay any special fees related to playing a used game on a different machine. Because Microsoft went back on their promises, even though it was a good thing, there is definitely now a lack of trust between gamers and Microsoft. The Kinect device will still need to be turned on 24/7 but Microsoft has claimed that there will now be a pause feature for it. With the gap between Xbox One and PS4 closing, there is no telling how consumers will react once these systems are released and it is far too early to say which one we’ll be playing.
