Moses and Taps – The Wall

By - Friday, July 17th, 2015

Moses & Taps are a mysterious but well known duo from Europe, who up until now have been putting up colorful yet primarily paint based work (predominantly) on trains. With an inherent amount of humor playing on both graffiti and modern culture, as well as a dope style, their work has always stood out both visually and conceptually. With the new video ‘The Wall’ – produced in conjunction with clothing company ‘NOFUGAZI‘ we see the duo taking things to another, more 3D level.

What is cool about this is that it keeps the confrontational and comedic nature of their work at the forefront of the act, is so unrelated to anything they’ve done before – and is so barely connected to graffiti at all that the coercion it entails actually enters contemporary art far more than it does anything graffiti related.

Sort of reminds me of a more illegal ‘BRICKS’ by SpY
