In Motion: Greve x Asend x Jick x Jash in Chicago

By - Wednesday, April 29th, 2015

Recently a visitor from the NYC stopped by The Windy City for a few drinks, some conversation and a few sprays with a friends, and as luck would have it, 12oz happened to be around to capture some of this. So, in this installment of artists “In Motion” we bring you a good time between some dope artists on a beautiful Saturday afternoon as they took part in painting a fresh wall on Chicago’s west side.

The sun was out and the temperature was decent. The spot to paint was chosen beforehand, it would be a legal cinderblock wall, affectionately called “Flappers” by the local graff artists who usually paint it and named after the business that once stood across from it. With everything in place, the production by Greve, Asend, Jick and Jash was underway. It didn’t take very long before the size, colors and shapes of each work seemed to overwhelm its surrounding environment on this busy intersection.
