Last Chance: “Motion: The Art of Movement” at Corey Helford Gallery

  • This weekend in the last to check out Motion: The Art of Movement at Corey Helford Gallery. The massive group show opened on June 9th included work from 25 up and coming contemporary artists picked personally by Jan Corey Helford and opened to a packed gallery of curious onlookers waiting to see what their favorite artist had come up with. Scroll through the photos above from the opening night.

    The artists were asked to explore the theme of motion. The results were an impressive display of each artists interpretation of the given theme. The exhibition included work from Sylvia Ji, Alex Gross, Josh Agle (Shag), Hush, Eric Joyner, Amy Sol, Korin Faught, Joe Sorren, Ray Caesar, Sas Christian, Sarah Folkman, Van Arno, Jeremy Lipking, Cleon Peterson, Melissa Forman, COOP, Paul Frank, Marco Mazzoni, Benjamin Bryce Kelley, Chris Pugliese, Maria Kreyn, Billy Norrby, Anita Kunz, Phil Hale, and Stella Im Hultberg. The show will remain up until June 30, make sure to stop by and check it out.
