MTA Releases Video Showing L Train Tunnel Restoration

The MTA announced this afternoon that the L train is finally back up after Hurricane Sandy. The L was previously only running from Rockaway Parkway to Broadway Junction in Brooklyn, not really helping much at all. As of Thursday afternoon, the L is up and running between Manhattan and Brooklyn via the Canarsie tube. Check the video which shows some footage of the MTA riding through the tunnel working to pump and repair switches to get it back up and running.
