Music Mondaze Video: Joey Bada$$ “Waves”

This article was posted by Senior Editor 11 months, 2 weeks, 3 days, 18 hours, 24 minutes ago.

Joey Bada$$ released his third video off his Project 1999 mixtape over the weekend. “Waves” is directed by Va$htie Kola and follows Bada$$ through his typical day as a high school teenager from trolling the halls of Edward R. Murrow High School (former stopping grounds of the late Adam Yauch) to skateboarding through his neighborhood, rocking a concert, and kicking it with his Pro Era crew. The smooth track produced by Freddie Joachim will show you why some are saying this 17 year old is restoring their faith in hip hop.
