Music Video: EVITAN “3 Kings” feat. Sadat X

EVITAN (“NATIVE” backwards for all you slow people) is a dope new hip-hop duo out of NYC formed by Jarobi, formerly of A Tribe Called Quest, and Dres of Black Sheep. In their latest video for “3 Kings” they are joined by Sadat X, formerly of Brand Nubian. With an alliance like that it goes without saying that this is a banger for any classic hip hop head who is nostalgic for the 90’s. Filmed throughout the streets of NYC, peep the cameo from DJ Kool Herc in front of his old crib in the Bronx, considered by many to be the birthplace of hip hop. (We were also kind of hyped on the Audi OTB tag on screen exactly 3 min in.)
