Artist David Ellis added a big touch of color to the streets of DUMBO, Brooklyn recently with his mural titled PST in the Pearl Street Triangle pedestrian plaza in the shadow of the Manhattan Bridge. The project was commissioned by Two Trees Management, the primary developer in the neighborhood. Ellis has a lot of experience painting on the floor in past time-lapse video collaborations with other members of the Barnstormers collective in which each artist paints over the previous artist’s work. This work, however, is all Ellis’ own, taking 6 days to complete.
