Nimek Tests Montana's 'Mega Plata' (Silver Chrome)

By - Friday, May 17th, 2013

Earlier this month Montana Colors announced the release of their new Mega Plata (Silver Chrome) high pressure can. This new line of silver paint looks to dominate the aerosol market with its ability to cover lots of space quickly and withstand the elements. Montana describes their finished product as having “achieved a constant and solid paint flow, diameter, and coverage power never seen before…” In addition to this the gas is stable in all temperatures, which allows for painting under the most extreme weather conditions. A special feature of this new silver chrome is “the pigment orientation” with a new formula that accommodates the pigment in the resin which was able to improve drying and repainting time. To test out this new concoction Montana teamed up with Barcelona writer Nimek from the GFM crew and hit the subway tunnels. Check out the flicks below of Nimek painting and a few quotes from his thoughts on the new silver chrome. Source: Montana Colors
