Nintendo Announces 'Nintendo TVii'

{image-1} Yes, I’m serious. At their Wii U press event this morning in New York City, Nintendo announced “Nintendo TVii,” an interactive way of watching TV on your Wii U controller. In a Netflix like manor, you can favorite channels, make recommendations, and even chat with friends or make a poll all while browsing. In the demo, the Nintendo representative was shown scrolling through various stations through live TV, Netflix, Hulu, and TiVo. Each users experience is supposed to be personal, and emoticons will be shown through your Mii face at the top left of the screen. Check out this video below for more information…
