Ces and Chain3 TMT recently paid homage to the legendary graffiti writer Stay High 149 in the backyard of Tuff City. In the early 70’s Stay High 149’s tags were omnipresent and his smoking stick figure ‘the saint’ was iconic. After getting hot he switched to the alias Voice of the Ghetto, which was the truth. His work influenced generations of graffiti writers to follow.
