Photo: Haculla Doors Time-Lapse Portfolio

By - Thursday, October 13th, 2011

We came across these photos recently uploaded to Flickr. Sabeth718 is one of a handful of photographers whose always on top of capturing shots of what’s going on around the city. Not discriminating between Graffiti and Street Art, his photostream has it all which he then divides between two Tumblr sites, Carnage NYC and New York Street Art. Without a doubt 12ozProphet leans much more toward the Carnage NYC side of things but we found it interesting to check out the progression of a location over time, in this case Haculla’s doors on Lafayette and Kenmare. Word around town is that after the repeat offense of constantly hitting this spot, the owner of the property started taking the doors off the hinges and collecting them. What’s become of vandalism these days?
