Photos: West Coast Burners from Enero

Here at 12ozProphet, we always give you the latest news from the people you see in the streets. Check out our recent coverage of False, Kwote or Hert and Atak. However, we also strive to bring you the latest emerging tlent from all over. Somebody who recently caught our attention was Enero, who has been dropping eye-popping burners out on the West Coast. We got in touch with Enero to find out more about him. For a quick Q&A and see some dope pictures, just scroll down… Where are you from? Born and raised in Northern California, mainly the East Bay. What crews are you with? TFN, PI, ASE, and a few smaller crews we make up and drop for fun every few months. How would you describe your style? I try to keep it original and energetic. I try to use a range of paint brands, recycled house paint, new and old school cans. I never paint the same exact thing twice, it seems like a waste of paint and wall space to me. Also I try to avoid using simple letters and fills for the same reason, especially if it’s a chill spot. What can we expect from you in the future? When it comes to piecing I’m always trying to paint bigger, tighter, and more efficiently. More freeway shots and billboards, and some secret painting spots I’ve been trying to get into for years. Hopefully some more collaborations, characters, and background work. Photo: Enero (unless otherwise noted) Text: Nadia
