In his new solo show at Art-El Gallery opening Friday in Bristol UK, Mark Lyken reveals a new style of his akin to watercolors. He is a facile Graffuturist painter obsessed with science, technology and how the digital age is impacting our psyche.

Materials for all different kinds of painters' styles are laid out in his lab. Utilizing thinned acrylics and the mist of spray paint, Mark creates a technique that looks much like watercolors in many of these new paintings. This new style
