Recap: Ron English at Post No Bills

Last night the 12oz team was in the house for the opening of English 101, an exhibition of limited edition prints, hand finished multiples and sculptures by Ron English at Venice Beach-based print shop Post No Bills. This is Post No Bills’ first solo exhibition. English brought his usual style of witty pop culture commentary. Ron recently had a solo show of original works at Lazarides in London (Steve Lazarides is a co-owner of Post No Bills). The print-based gallery precedes a showing of English’s highly anticipated new original works, Seasons in Supurbia at the Corey Helford Gallery on November 19.
