Recap: Setdebelleza At The Lakeside Gallery

By - Tuesday, July 23rd, 2013

Graffiti 4 Hire collaborated with illustrator and graphic designer Diego Etcheverry to bring his collection of silk screen pieces and stickers to the U.K. Diego, aka Setdebelleza, is influenced by a love of both urban art and comic books and uses his talents in digital and fine art to publish his own works via his website. His recent show at the Lakeside Gallery in The Custard Factory, Birmingham featured paintings, vinyl stickers, and graphic work, all inspired by childhood nostalgia. His central painted piece really stole the show; a character that was split onto three walls to create a single image when looked at from a particular angle. Setdebelleza was also kind enough to share his stickers with all of those who attended the exhibition by handing out packs which contained postcards, stickers, and mini flyers. Signed and numbered silk screen editions were available to purchase in limited quantities at the show, however, if you couldn’t reach the exhibition, you can contact Setdebelleza at info@setdebelleza.com with any sales enquiries. To follow Setdebelleza’s work, check him out on Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, and Flickr.
