The only thing cooler than stopping by a wall in Chicago is getting to see the action that goes into making it. If you’ve got the opportunity to see beginning sketches, mapping out letter structure and design, you are provided unique insight to the artist’s decisions for color combinations, including what colors he or she blends, how the colors might fade together and what tints can be used. The photos above feature a Chicago wall, created by RUDE, JASH, WOES, GREVE, ASEND, GLOE and LGRAY1222.
