Skate: City of Rats - Lucien Clarke and Steph Morgan

London’s Slam City Skates just put out their full-length feature film, “City of Rats,” which includes two of London’s most notorious skaters Steph Morgan and Lucien Clarke. They’ve been skating together for years now so it only made sense that they’d share a part in the film. On another note, the production of “City of Rats,” or at least this part, perfectly captures the gritty gloominess that is London; shoot, they even skate in the rain.
