Sneak Peek: Sabe KST's "The Universe"

By - Saturday, February 18th, 2012

{image-1} Sabe gave 12ozProphet a sneak peek into what he’s been working on. Although those who know their 90’s New York graffiti history associate him with the large comic book-like faces he used to paint all over the city, it is clear his interests and aesthetics have moved on. These are two still from a video he is in the process of editing. Sabe’s concept is to “use spray cans as energy vectors to simulate the start and expansion of galaxies.” He is using spray cans to create the universe. This work is inspired by astrophysics which he became keen on after meeting Stephen Hawkins with his personal assistant in 2006. From what we see the video is going to be dope! {image-2}
