Styles P “Master of Ceremonies” Album Release Party at B.B. Kings
Celebrating the release of his 4th solo album, “Master of Ceremonies”, Styles P performed for fans Wednesday night at Times Square’s B.B. Kings. Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex started things off with a dope set, paying homage to 90’s hip hop. Legendary DJ Kid Capri made a quick cameo, cutting it up and getting the crowd hyped.
Styles, Jadakiss, and Sheek Louch greeted their fans with cups of Hennessey in tow while weed smoke quickly filled the air. Styles performed alongside his D-Block counterparts, alternating between LOX classics and tracks off his new album. Keeping it real, Styles hopped off stage and walked through the crowd to rock “Mighty D-Block (2 Guns Up)” at the opposite end of the pit.
Surprise guests Lloyd Banks, French Montana, and Busta Rhymes came through to show their support. Each performed select hits before Busta and Styles got the crowd roaring with “Harsh”, a joint off “Master of Ceremonies” which also features Rick Ross.
Throughout the show, it was evident that Styles, Jada, and Sheek were as tight as ever, sharing joints and henny, arms draped over each other’s shoulders. The camaraderie between the group is nothing short of a rarity when most rap acts have dismantled from internal drama. The LOX ended the night with confirmation of the highly anticipated LOX and Wu-Tang collab album. “Master of Ceremonies” is out now.
