The City Loves You brings us this intimate video featuring Dabs and Myla, two artists who met, worked together, fell in love and continued to work with one another side by side to this day. The video has a nice balance between both sit downs with the artists and hearing them reflect on their work and inspirations, to actually seeing them in their element working on a wall together just as you would expect. Also, Dabs and Myla got up in Detroit recently and we posted it as our Forum Shot of the Day which is worth a peep as well.

Yawn, you should be ashamed for supporting people like this. Just because you use spray paint, doesn’t make it graffiti. And doing “illegal” graffiti in abandoned Detroit doesn’t make you one either. Is anyone else out there hearing this? I liked Detroit better before everyone started going there to “Beautify” it. Give me some old burnt building over art fag stuff any day. You can do you pieces huge and clean on as many legal walls you want, but you will never be considered a graff person/people. Go move to Europe, maybe they can appreciate this garbage.

Quit bitching about what they do as artists, and stop comparing them with graffiti. This isn’t the first non-graff related video posted on this website. I happen to love their work, and if you actually understood good style then you would too.
So you’re saying as a guy you like big smiley things and bright colors? Man you are right on the edge of having a thai boyfriend in Manhattan. I know this isn’t the first non graff post, 12oz barely puts anything graffiti related on here anyways. “I happen to love their work” anyone who talks like that is down right retard. Go take your iphone photos of all their walls in LA and maybe if you’re lucky you can catch them painting they’ll sign your book with what I’m guessing will be a big ugly pencil filled in with a bright blue or pink and two big eyes and a smile….....It’s pieces of shit like you that are the down grade to what graffiti is today. It’s suppose to be a rebellion, not an open class for everyone to join and love each other. We should be robbing jokers like this, but instead you embrace them. Go get in a head on collision already, with your laptop with a 12oz sticker on it.
Mindrips has a crush on Dabs. So any guys out there that are dorks with pompadours, send him your info so he can finally come out of the closet and tell his disappointed Dad the truth and let the man move on with his life.
