Although they aren’t speaking English, (besides a few words, including “small cap, skinny cap, fat cap”) it is still always interesting and amusing to watch officials try to stay on top of the game. Check out this excerpt from the mini-documentary, On Track, which introduces us to the anti-tag brigade of Marseilles, France.
