Video: Monsieur Qui Hits the Streets of Paris and London

This article was posted by Mika 3 months, 3 days, 3 hours, 41 minutes ago.

What sets Monsiuer Qui apart is that he doesn’t quite fit into either category of “graffiti writer” or “street artist”. Creating large scale murals that vary in subject matter and style his work shows equal influence from illustration. He is able to do extraordinary things with just two cans of paint, black and white.

The first video, above, is made up from hundreds of black and white still photographs put together to almost create a stop-motion animation of the artists piece, reading “Rotten” come to life on the wall. The second video, below, alternates between the streets of Paris and London, wheat pasting the same image in each city.
