Video: MTO and the legend of Fred Ille & Gwen Vilaine

Berlin based street artist MTO was invited to contribute to the Cosmorama show by French designers Atelier a quatre. MTO (short for Mateo) paints large scale portrait murals, and with a love of black and white analog photography which has become the basis of his style, his collaboration with Atelier a quatre design works beautifully.

Photographs of the murals are currently being displayed at the DMA Showroom, Rennes until the 12th of October. If you can’t make it over to France for the exhibition, here are the photographs of the legend of Fred Ille and Gwen Vilaine via MTO’s flickr.
