Video: Roid Reflections – The Seventh Letter

By - Monday, January 2nd, 2012

On a recent trip to Detroit, Roid MSK painted this clever straight letter that reads “Seventh Letter”. Riffing off the environment, this piece is simply painted with three colors, black, white, and yellow. Roid found inspiration in the flooded ground, painting the word “Letter” upside-down, as to appear correctly in the reflection of the wall in the puddle. The final documentation of the wall pastes together the image of one wall with the reflection of the other. This image has been printed as a limited edition T-shirt available now on The Seventh Letter website. Bates posted this video on his blog on 12ozProphet.
