Leeside Halloween Jam, Vancouver, BC, October 31, 2011
Skateboarding is dangerous. You throw in masks and a couple roman candles, that’s mayhem, which is why this only happens once a year. Leeside is one of Vancouver’s most unique and important skate spots, it’s a really hard place to skate for a number of reasons which is why it’s so cool to see the locals rip it. This is one of the biggest events of the year in Vancouver which is why you can’t miss it, even if you don’t skate, it’s a party, just wear a costume and be prepared to duck.

If you could only understand that whatever tricks you do on your board here is x2 because its not normal that place… its some raw concrete diy shit… super tough to skate. not anything like burnside, marginal way, channel st, washington st.. these places are way smooth compared to leeside. wooop
