Tags and Throws: Skola and Mudo Bomb São Paulo

By - Thursday, February 25th, 2016

Tags and Throws has blessed us with more bombing footage this week featuring some old footage of Brazilian writers Skola and Mudo. Watch the duo hit the streets with spray cans and fire extinguishers in one of the graffiti capitals of South America.

In an interview with Spray Daily, Skola said he started writing pixação in 2002 and started bombing in 2009. Skola’s style is an interesting blend of a classic NYC throw-up mixed in with a Brazilian style. You can check out more of Skola’s artwork on his website.

Mudo started writing in 2002 and is a flexible writer. Mudo has a good handstyle and throw-up, but also has a unique monkey character that he incorporates into his works. It is like graffiti and street art being mixed together. 12oz interviewed Mudo last year so check out “12 Questions: Mudo” to learn more about the artist.
