TuffCity Styles seems to have become the top place in the bronx for retired writers from the golden age of graffiti to come together and re-create some of the energy that drove them to push graffiti culture to new heights in decades past. Recently, ‘The Public Animals’ crew (TPA) had a reunion after 25 years of being apart. Together they painted TuffCity Styles’ faux train, celebrated their legacy and paid homage to the late Cer TPA.
