Video: Vintage Anti-Graffiti Campaign – Don't Do It!

By - Saturday, February 25th, 2012

This is a great collection of old school anti-graffiti advertisements from the NYC subway graffiti era. In retrospect these ads are comedic, but it’s insane they got members of the hip hop community to speak up against graffiti, one of the four elements, which meant much more at the time. Featuring The Fat Boys, Mr. Magic, The Dynamic Breakers, and a moment with Mario Van Peebles as awkward as a Herman Cain ad, the message here is “Don’t Do It!” Source: Hurt You Bad
