Wednesday Graffiti Walls from Eastern Italy

By - Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015

Before leaving for Eastern Italy,I was told that the graffiti scene was dead, but surprisingly, they were wrong. I visited Mestre and Marghera and found some great wall art.

The Mestre pieces are dated back in 2014, most of them intact and with international names like Remio. The pictures from Marghera were shot during a Jam happening inside a park. The surface is a large cement structure with no real meaning or purpose. It was simply put placed inside the park, with no use intended, accompanied by a coffee shop in a corner.

Bottom line: graffiti writers are everywhere.
