Women Step Up and Represent at Living Walls Atlanta
This year’s Living Walls Atlanta, a 5-day conference which kicks off today, is representing for the ladies with a strict line up of all amazing female artists. A major change for a genre that has traditionally been male dominated. Since the project Living Walls Atlanta project started, 50 artists have participated in the event and only 2 were female. Well not this year, Living Walls managed to call in some great female artists from around the world to participate in this year’s jam.
The five-day conference is scheduled to capacity with film screenings, lectures, block parties, gallery exhibits and bike tours. All events are free and open to the public. For more information check out Brooklyn Street Art. Scroll down to see the full line-up and a taste of what’s to come.
