Order processing and delivery times

All products for sale on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and fulfillment on all orders. Standard shipping in the USA is sent via US Postal Priority Mail which generally takes 1 – 3 days in transit to its destination. International shipments are subject to longer transit times, customs screening and inland delivery to your address, so please allow up to 10 – 15 business days for standard delivery.

We will do all we can to try and get your package out as soon as possible. Depending on how far the destination address is, it might arrive sooner than the estimate. We also offer upgrades to faster USPS Priority Mail Express for most addresses for an additional cost. All shipping options and costs will be quoted during the checkout process.

Billing and shipping addresses

We take all precautions to protect ourselves and our customers against fraud. Our policy of only shipping to your credit cards billing address is just one of several precautions we take to help ensure all orders are legitimate.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary according to shipping service, destination and package weight. For orders within the USA, our standard shipping method is US Postal Priority Mail (1 – 3 days) for a flat fee of $8.00 regardless of order total, size or weight. For most destinations, we also offer upgraded US Postal Priority Mail Express (Next Day Air) shipping which is quoted by the carrier during the checkout process based upon the package dimensions, weight and delivery address. All international orders are sent by either US Postal or UPS and are quoted in real-time from the carrier according to the package weight and destination during the checkout process.

Order confirmations

Confirmation emails are sent automatically once an order is placed. If you have not received an order confirmation within 10 minutes, check your junk mail folder or login to your 12ozProphet Shop Account Page to ensure you submitted your email address to us correctly. If it is incorrect, please email [email protected] with your full name and address and we’ll resend your order confirmation.

You can also check the Order History in your Shop Account to verify your order. If the order appears in your order history, we’ve received it and your order is being processed. If you do not see the order in your order history, it was not received by us.

Please note that during high traffic periods such as shop and product launches, order confirmation emails can sometimes be delayed so check your shop account order history.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email automatically once your order has shipped that includes the tracking number and a link that will allow you to track your package. Additionally, you can also login to your 12ozProphet Shop Account at anytime to check your order status. Once your order is shipped, your order history will also show your tracking information.

Sold out items and restocks

All products are sold on a first come, first served basis, so once sold out it’s generally gone forever. We may occasionally pull additional inventory from our archive and restock so we suggest checking our shop regularly for updates, as well as signing for our newsletters and following @12ozprophet on Instagram.

Missing or damaged packages

12ozProphet is not responsible for any package once it’s been shipped, including lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped fully insured by the carrier and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with carrier. That being said, we’ll do all we can to assist when you file your claim with the carrier.

Orders returned to 12ozProphet

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide us is accurate and deliverable. Carrier will generally make make three attempts at delivery before holding your package at the station and ultimately returning it to us. If you or another adult is not available to sign for the package, it will be your responsibility to contact carrier and arrange for pickup. Packages that are returned due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect shipping addresses as a result of customer error will be incur an additional shipping charge to be resent or incur a 15% restocking fee.

Refund policy and order changes

All items and orders are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality and accuracy. 12ozProphet will happily accept exchanges for store credit for the full order amount and original shipping costs only if you notify us by email at [email protected] within 10 business days of carrier delivery (according to carrier tracking data). All merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition and include all tags and packaging in order to qualify for credit.

We will issue you a return authorization number and additional return instructions and your package must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization number. Packages sent without a return authorization number will be refused. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Orders outside the USA

Currently we ship to many countries besides the USA including Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, France, Germany and most of Western Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs vary according to package weight and destination and all costs will be quoted during the checkout process. Please note that for shipments outside the USA, the recipient will be solely responsible for any additional taxes or duties collected by your country, so please investigate this before ordering.

International Taxes and Duties

Please investigate if your country imposes additional tax or duty charges for orders originating in the USA before ordering.  We send all orders declared for their retail value and are required to declare the contents of all packages prior to sending. Any additional charges imposed by your country is 100% your responsibility.

12ozProphet stickers

Every order placed with 12ozProphet will include a free sticker. We also sell sticker packs on our shop. If the only thing you want is a couple of stickers, send $5.00 cash and a self addressed stamped envelope and we will send you five 12ozProphet stickers in the stamped envelope you provided.

T-Shirt sizing

All our t-shirts are a standard fit and are made with a high-quality, 6 oz, 100% cotton, preshrunk blank. (Heather colored tees are a synthetic blend). For specific information regarding t-shirt sizing, check out our sizing guide.
